None. We use zero additives, zero sweeteners, and zero artificial flavors. The subtle, natural sweetness in our Vodka comes from the kome rice, and the bright, floral notes in our Yuzu come purely from the whole fruit itself. We rely only on nature and our craft.

This is the heart of our craft. Instead of distilling all ingredients together, we distill each element—wheat, kome (rice), and yuzu—entirely independently. This gives us complete control to capture the purest expression of each component. The final spirit is then composed, or masterfully blended, to achieve a perfect, intentional balance that would be impossible with a standard process.

It is a gentle, natural polishing step. After blending, the spirit is filtered through bamboo charcoal. This process removes any trace of harshness while protecting the soft, rounded texture that the kome rice provides. It is the final, minimalist step in achieving our signature smoothness.
